2Young2Retire, LLC is the operating company for the services offered on this website. 2Young2Retire® is a US registered trademark, owned by Paul Ward.

The origins of 2Young2Retire® can be traced back to Marika and Howard Stone and their groundbreaking book Too Young to Retire: 101 Ways to Start the Rest of Your Life, first published in 2003. Dr. Paul Ward took over the company and associated assets in 2012. The company and the services offered have evolved since that time but we are grateful for the early inspiration of these two pioneering Purpose Prize fellows. 

Certified 2Young2Retire® workshop facilitators have undergone extensive training and coaching through the program developed by Howard Stone and Paul Ward. Although the last certification training was offered in 2021, many certified facilitators conduct workshops using the information in the training. 2Young2Retire® acknowledge and appreciate the contribution of these facilitators.
