Dr. Paul Ward has been leading strategy execution and organizational change assignments for more than 20 years. His passion and enthusiasm is focused on transforming performance and culture at the level of the individual, the team, and the organization.
Paul is Intent Architect at Conner Partners, facilitating transformational change with a passion for intent clarity, leadership alignment, aspirational future visions, and challenging realization targets, all expressed with simplicity.
Before joining Conner Partners, Paul was Vice President and Principal Consultant with Quest Worldwide and Managing Consultant and group leader with PA Consulting Group. Prior to these management consultancy roles, Paul held a number of senior positions in product design and customer support in manufacturing and computer industries, including time at General Electric and McDonnell Douglas.
Paul is a member of the faculty at University of Phoenix online, facilitating doctoral learners through the Architecture of Leadership course and mentoring students through the dissertation process.
Qualifications: PhD and Master of Science degrees in Organization and Management; Master of Science degree in the Computer Aided Design of Engineering Systems; Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Member of the Sigma Beta Delta international honor society in business, management, and administration. Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
